In house training, facilitation and help with problem solving
We work with Chairs, Boards and Chief Executives to provide exactly the solution you require. Our consultants have held senior management positions in major charities and are dedicated to meeting your precise needs. We do not impose ready-made solutions but use our experience and breadth of knowledge to help you to tackle the issues you face. We are a company limited by guarantee, not a commercial company with shareholders and we have time to get things right for you.
For different charities we may:
- provide training in the responsibilities of charity trustees for new Board members and existing Board members who want to refresh their skills
- create a development programme and deliver specific training to trustee boards
- conduct Board appraisals, analyse the results and develop strategies with you
- facilitate problem-solving sessions
- facilitate awaydays with agreed agendas
- conduct a governance review and make practical proposals for improving Board performance
- be asked to resolve a situation that everyone knows is not working well but which needs experience and tact to resolve
